McQueen made his acting debut in the CBS science fiction drama “Threshold” (episode “Blood of the Children”) as “Jordan Peters.” He was hired the same year to play the part of “Kyle Hunter” in Greg Berlanti’s American drama television series “Everwood.” He participated in the show’s 2005–2006 season, making seven appearances in a recurring role.
