Bhuvan Bam is a YouTuber, singer, composer, guitarist, and comedian from New Delhi who rose to national notoriety after he began uploading videos to his YouTube channel, ‘BB Ki Vines.’ Initially, he shared his music videos on Facebook, which he made and produced himself. However, he eventually started his own YouTube account, ‘BB Ki Vines,’ where he posted all of his future footage. Bhuvan Bam began his online career by sharing a satirical video of a news reporter asking a widow inappropriate questions about her son’s death in the Kashmir floods. On his Facebook page, the post attracted roughly 15,000 views. He released his debut YouTube video, titled ‘The Chakhna Issue,’ in the same year.

Bam’s first YouTube video, ‘The Chakhna Issue,’ received only 15-20 views, forcing him to take it down from the famous social media platform. His subscribers, on the other hand, later republished the video. ‘I’m feeling horny,’ a video accidentally taken with the front camera of a brand new Nexus phone, went viral in Pakistan.

In June 2015, he launched his own YouTube channel, dubbed ‘BB Ki Vines,’ in response to the song’s unparalleled popularity. Later, he teamed up with two YouTube channels established in Pakistan, ‘Bekaar Vines’ and ‘Karachi Vyns.’

Bhuvan records videos with the front camera of his iPhone 6 Plus and uploads them to ‘BB Ki Vines.’ With over 5 million subscribers on YouTube and over 720 million views on his vlogs, he is unquestionably one of India’s most popular YouTubers.

His videos range in length from 2 to 8 minutes and often depict the lives of teens growing up in modern metropolitan cities. The stories usually focus on Valentine’s Day, parents, teachers, and girlfriends, and are peppered with unmistakable ribald humor.

For the video named ‘TVF Bhootiyapa Bachelors vs. Ghost,’ he teamed up with ‘TVF’ (The Viral Fever), another well-known YouTube channel established in India. The creators of ‘All India Bakchod,’ one of India’s most popular YouTube channels, invited him to collaborate on a number of upcoming web-based initiatives.

One of India’s top rappers, ‘Raftaar,’ praised Bhuvan for his humorous videos and congratulated him for achieving significant YouTube notoriety in such a short time. On his personal YouTube channel, he has created and presented a number of singles, the most notable of which being ‘Teri Meri Kahani,’ for which he collaborated with TVF.

Bhuvan Bam was born in Baroda, Gujarat, on January 22, 1995. He afterward moved to New Delhi with his family, where he spent his childhood. He completed his high school education at the reputed Green Fields School in South Delhi.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Delhi University’s Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. He found work as a vocalist and instrumentalist in a tavern in New Delhi called ‘The Bars’ after completing his education.

He performed as a comedian and was a supporting actor in several concerts, stage shows, and events, in addition to entertaining people at a local bar in Delhi. From his school years on, he had been refining his skills as an entertainer and stand-up comic.
