In August 2011, the group launched its own YouTube channel. In July 2012, they started posting content to the channel, where they rapidly gathered a devoted following. With time, the channel expanded and started receiving widespread notice. As of 2018, the channel had around 300 million viewers and nearly two million members.

They were well-known for their early partnerships with other YouTube cover artists including Alex Goot and Sam Tsui. They then released “Closer, Faster,” the lead song off their upcoming EP “Infinity,” a year later. ‘Guessing,’ their second single not from an album, was also released in that year.

They eventually went back to the recording studio to finish their third EP, which they titled “Gravity” (2015). ‘Gravity’ was also distributed online, similar to ‘Infinity’. According to the US Heatseekers Albums list, it peaked at position four. On July 10 of that year, the group released their fourth and final EP to date. It was ‘Gravity’ in an acoustic rendition.

Against the Current and the Fueled By Ramen record label agreed to a recording agreement on March 4, 2015. The quartet promoted “Gravity” with a four-month tour from August to November 2015. The ensemble was able to communicate with and amuse fans in various regions of North America, Europe, and Asia thanks to the tour’s global reach.
