Claudia Karvan was born in Sydney, Australia on May 19, 1972. At the age of eight, she traveled to Bali with her mother and brothers and spent a year there before returning to Australia. The family later relocated to King’s Cross, where her stepfather operated the renowned nightclub Arthur’s.
