Mobley, Cuttino Rashawn, is a former American basketball player. He was a member of the National Basketball Association for a decade. Cuttino, often known as the “Cat,” was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the United States. While he was a student at the University of Rhode Island, he began playing for the Rhode Island Rams. Cuttino Mobley played college football for the Rhode Island Rams, which represented the University of Rhode Island. His NBA career began when he was selected by the Houston Rockets in the 1998 NBA draft. Initially, he played the position of shooting guard. Together with Steve Francis, he quickly became known as one of the top-scoring backcourts in the NBA.
After six seasons with the Houston Rockets, Mobley was dealt to the Orlando Magic along with Steve Francis and Kelvin Cato. He appeared in 23 contests for the team. Mobley was later moved along with Michael Bradley to the Sacramento Kings. Eventually, he joined the Los Angeles Clippers after signing a US$42 million, five-year contract.

Cuttino Rashawn Mobley was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on September 1, 1975. He attended the Incarnation of Our Lord elementary school in Olney, Philadelphia, and subsequently attended Cardinal Dougherty High School and Maine Central Institute.
After graduating from high school, he attended the University of Rhode Island, where he played for the school’s ‘Rhode Island Rams football team. In 1998, the same year he graduated, he was drafted into the NBA.
