American singer-actress Diamond White first rose to recognition in the second season of the reality television music competition program “The X Factor,” when she returned after an early elimination and placed fifth. After performing in musicals as a child, White went on to feature in a number of movies and TV shows, many of which required her to sing in addition to acting. When Diamond White starred in a Chicago-based production of “The Color Purple” in 2007, she made her acting debut at the age of eight. After that, she traveled the country with her theatrical production company.
She then started doing voice acting, lending more voices to the animated musical comedy “Phineas and Ferb” on television from 2010 to 2014. She provided a voice over for Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension, the first full-length movie in the franchise, which came out in 2011.

After performing ‘It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World’ and ‘Diamonds’ on the December 5, 2012 broadcast, she and Fifth Harmony found themselves in the bottom two once more. She was sent home for the second time when her rendition of “I Hope You Dance” failed to save her this time.
In March 2013, Diamond White made a brief appearance on the hugely popular comedy “The Big Bang Theory.” She and co-writer Toby Gad performed the song “Peace” in June, which is dedicated to all refugees worldwide.
