A&E’s “The Returned,” ABC’s “The Good Doctor,” Netflix’s “A Series of Unfortunate Events,” and the roles of Victor, Steve Murphy, Duncan, and Quigley Quagmire all featured Canadian actor Dylan Kingwell. Kingwell, a Vancouver native, began acting when he was four years old. His first acting gig came after joining a talent agency, and it was in a Hasbro Candy Land Castle commercial. He made his television debut in the 2011 telefilm “To the Mat.” Two years later, in the Franco-Canadian movie “The Young and Prodigious T.S. Spivet,” he made his big-screen debut. Kingwell had the opportunity to collaborate with director Tim Burton on the 2014 movie “Big Eyes.” He steadily established himself in the entertainment business over the subsequent years and is now one of the most gifted young stars of the modern period. In a 2015 episode of the CW’s fantasy drama television series “Supernatural,” he portrayed a young Sam Winchester.
