Elijah Daniel is an American comedian, novelist, and rapper who has amassed a significant following online for his parodies on a variety of topics, particularly on Twitter and YouTube. He began posting videos on YouTube, which launched his professional career. He appeared in a Taco Bell commercial to promote the “Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos,” speaking with a Cantina accent. He also made countless additional TV advertisements, shows, and movie appearances. One of these appearances was in the “BADMAN” music video by the Korean rap group B.A.P. When Elijah officially petitioned the White House to declare Miley Cyrus’ song “Party in the USA” the US National Anthem, it caused a great deal of controversy. When he hosted a weekly parody program on Twitter and asked his followers to text his lines to random phone numbers, he raised the bar for burlesque. A few years later, he stated in a tweet that he would get drunk and write the parody novella “Trump Temptations,” which would be published the same day. A few hours after his declaration, the erotica “Trump Temptations: The Billionaire & the Bellboy” was made available on Amazon.com. The novella received raving reviews in VICE, the Los Angeles Times, and the New York Daily News, went viral on social media, had a ton of press in print media, and was labeled a bestseller.

This post served as the motivation for the author to write an erotic novella mocking the current US President. Trump Temptations: The Billionaire & the Bellboy was a sarcastic parody of E.L. James’s “Fifty Shades of Grey” in the erotica genre.

Within hours of Elijah saying he would be publishing his sexual book, “Trump Temptations: The Billionaire & the Bellboy” was made available on Amazon.com. The sole book he has authored to date is this novel.
On Amazon’s bestselling list, erotica rose to the top in three different categories: “LGBT erotica,” “gay erotica,” and “humorous erotica.” Several major newspapers, including “The Daily Telegraph,” “The Washington Post,” “Los Angeles Times,” “London Evening Standard,” “Gay Star News,” and “Daily News,” all gave the novella favorable reviews.

On Amazon.com, “Fifty Shades of Grey,” another pornographic book that sparked intense debate after its release in June 2011, came in second place to Trump Temptations. Elijah hired consummate Trump impersonator Chris Feretti to read the book’s audio version in order to promote the novella and gain recognition.
