Gaur Gopal Das was born in Maharashtra, India, on 24 December 1973. She is his sister. College Of Engineering, Pune, awarded him a degree in electrical engineering. His father passed away in 2009 after suffering from Parkinson’s disease. In one of Das’ recordings, he informed his audience that he had not spoken to his father for two years due to disagreements.
