Greer Grammer began competing in beauty pageants in her high school years, and she achieved some degree of success. In 2008, she entered and won the title of “Miss Teen Malibu” in her first beauty pageant. That same year, she competed in the “Miss California Teen” pageant and placed in the top 10.

She placed in the top 10 of the Miss California Teen pageant once more and won the Miss Teen Malibu pageant in 2009. She ultimately placed among the top 10 competitors in the state competition for the third consecutive year.
