Hannah had built up a sizable fan base in a surprisingly brief period of time. She refers to them as Fannah’s. On November 1st, 2017, the “Fannah’s” lost their beloved vocalist. Although Hannah’s cause of death is still uncertain, her parents have stated that she committed suicide.

Social media and music

Hannah’s interest in music was evident from the outset. She used to write music and play the guitar. Hannah’s career took off when she started streaming live videos on her YouNow account, where she would perform for her admirers while singing and playing the guitar. Her most popular original song is “The 5quad Song,” which shares the same key as Ruth B’s song “Lost Boy.” She sent the song as a gift to the now-gone YouNow group 5quad. Hannah sang various cover songs, including Bea Miller’s “Fire n Gold” and “Force of Nature,” among others. Over 370k people followed her YouNow account. Additionally, she has a profile on “Krue,” a live-streaming service reserved only for aspiring musicians.

“Fannah’s” refers to Hannah’s following. One of her followers, Marie, came up with the idea for the name. Hannah loved the name so much that she later used it in artwork and surrounded it with the names of all her fans and their comments. She then began broadcasting while seated in front of that work of art in order to give her audience a unique experience. Earlier, many of Hannah’s followers had suggested the moniker “stoners,” but she had never been persuaded.

When Hannah went to a video convention in Anaheim, California, in 2015, she was welcomed with open arms by hundreds of her followers.

Hannah spent a weekend working in a haunted house in Utica a few months before she passed away, but she left because of a conflict with the owner.

Death of Hannah Stone

At the SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York, Hannah passed away on November 1, 2017. A terrific person and a future genius who left this earth. The true cause of Hannah’s death is still unknown, but other sources claim that she killed herself after being cyberbullied.

The last time Hannah tweeted was in September 2017. She only made another two appearances on social media following this, utterly disappearing. On October 14, 2017, she posted her last Instagram update, announcing that she will immediately enter “DND” mode. This raises the possibility that Hannah was struggling with anxiety and sadness. On October 18, 2017, she performed for her followers on her final “YouNow” stream, playing the piano and singing. Hannah didn’t appear to be the same person from the video. She had a sad expression on her face and was pallid.

Hannah’s parents attributed Hannah’s passing to social media. They never in a million years imagined Hannah would harm herself in such a way. Just two weeks before turning 17, she may have been so hopelessly depressed over something or someone that she ultimately made the decision to take her own life. On November 5, 2017, Hannah’s funeral service took place at the Dimbleby Funeral Home in Whitesboro. At Mount Olivet Cemetery, Hannah was cremated.

To gather money for Hannah’s funeral and medical costs, Hannah’s family and friends set up a fundraising page. The balance would be allocated to scholarship initiatives.

The “Fannah’s” sent condolences via Twitter and Instagram. Even YouNow expressed its sincere sorrow over the passing of one of its “Editor’s Choice” vocalists.
