Japanese singer and dancer Hirai Momo is also known by her stage name, Momo. Her most well-known role is that of a member of the K-pop group “Twice,” in which she serves as a sub-rapper, supporting vocalist, and lead dancer. Momo, who possesses exceptional talent, started dancing at the age of three, modeling herself after her older sister. Career of Hirai Momo

JYP Entertainment scouted Hirai Momo after its executives viewed a dancing video of her with her older sister. She subsequently attended an audition and got the job. Momo then relocated to South Korea for her training, where she eventually made her breakthrough as a K-pop idol. She appeared in the “Stop Stop It” music video by GOT7 and the “Feel” music video by Junho in 2014. She made appearances in Wooyoung’s “R.O.S.E.” and Miss A’s “Only You” a year later. Momo took part in the reality show “Sixteen” in 2015. She was taken out in the sixth episode, but in the series finale, she returned.

Along with Chou Tzu-yu, Kim Dahyun, and Son Chae-young, Momo formed the group “Twice.” In 2015, her band published their first mini-album, “The Story Begins.” The Japanese singer has been performing and dancing with the group ever since.
