In Adelaide, Kayla Itsines started her job as a member of a women’s gym. She soon came to the conclusion that using the machines and equipment to conduct exercises was not helping her clients reach their fitness objectives. She gave them an aerobics class as an experiment, and she discovered that her customers really enjoyed it.

When she discovered that her customers preferred to exercise at home but were limited in space for machines and equipment, she created exercises that used the least amount of equipment and took up the least amount of room.
