LaMelo Ball was born in Chino Hills, California, on August 22, 2001. LaVar Ball, his father, played basketball and soccer professionally. He also played soccer, primarily as the quarterback for the New York Jets, Carolina Panthers, and WLAF’s London Monarchs. Tina Ball, LaMelo’s mother, is the athletic director at a middle school in Montclair, California. Lonzo and LiAngelo are LaMelo’s two older brothers. While LiAngelo is about to graduate from Chino Hills High School, Lonzo is now a player for UCLA. Big Ballers AAU, an NGO amateur club founded by the Ball family, promotes youthful basketball talent in Chino Hills, California. Big Baller Brand is a line of athletic clothing owned by the Ball family.
