When Hardy was younger, his favorite wrestlers were Ric Flair and Macho Man.

Career of  Matt

He and his brother Jeff practiced a few maneuvers before sending a tape to the World Championship Wrestling (WCW) under the name ‘High Voltage.’ In 1998, Hardys signed with the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). In WWE history, the brothers invented the Ladder Match and pioneered the Tables, Ladders, and Chairs contests.

Many of his moves were quite entertaining to see. Sideeffect, turnbuckle, and a variety of other maneuvers are among his defining moves. The Hardys have won seven World Tag Team Championships as a unit. Later in his career as a WWE wrestler, Matt competed as a single competitor in a variety of other championships.

He left WWE in 2010 and then signed with Total Nonstop Action (TNA) in 2011. He was suspended from TNA after a few months, according to reports. Matt then joined independent circuits and competed in a number of matches. In 2013, he reunited with OMEGA, and in 2014, he reunited with TNA. Matt made his comeback with the gimmick ‘Broken Matt,’ which has garnered a positive reception from wrestling fans all over the world.

Controversy over a shattered gimmick

Anthem Sports & Entertainment, the current management of TNA (now renamed Impact Wrestling), has issued a cease and desist letter to The Hardys’ new organization, ‘Ring of Honor (ROH),’ regarding the use of Broken Matt.
