Terrence Cook, a former rapper, appeared to have claimed that he delivered a bomb to Parks’ office at Leonx Plaza through special delivery. Soon after his arrest, the ex-rapper said that it was all a scam and that he wanted to get back to Phaedra, who had mishandled his case and sentenced him to 12 years in prison. Parks, Cook claimed, was to blame for his unsuccessful career.
