In February 2008, she advanced to the position of European solutions architect within the company. Following that, she took on the task of securing funding for projects that generated business. She also began working closely with IT managers and reported the company’s progress to the regional technology director. Carter-Robinson departed from ‘Young & Rubicam Group’ in December 2010 and started her position as a service delivery manager at ‘WTMS Ltd’ in January 2011. In this role, she was responsible for analyzing and overseeing the company’s IT expenditures and met with the company’s chief financial officers monthly.
