Harding took over as Sean’s manager when the singer’s popularity grew. In the year 2000, he published his debut album, ‘Stage One,’ which was favorably appreciated by the public.

In 2002, he released his second album, ‘Dutty Rock.’ The tracks ‘Gimme the Light’ and ‘Get Busy,’ which also charted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, were included. In the same year, he sang on Beyonce’s single “Baby Boy.”

His third album, ‘The Trinity,’ debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Reggae Albums chart in the United States in 2005.
