Shanna Moakler is the daughter of John W. Moakler III and Gail Moakler. She is of German, Irish, and Portuguese descent. She was born in the United States on March 28th, 1975, in Providence, Rhode Island. Kirk and John W. IV, her older brothers, and Michelle, her older sister, died in 2012.
