Terry Sanchez Wallace, better known as Tee Grizzley, was born in Detroit, Michigan, on March 23, 1994. His mother and father were both frequently traveling to and from jail, thus he was mostly raised by his grandma. His mother was detained in 2011 and given a 15-year prison term for narcotics trafficking. His father was slain a year later.
