Josiah or Jey American professional wrestler Samuel Fatu is from America. He and his twin brother Jimmy make up the Samoan-American professional wrestling tag team known as “The Usos.” He is a member of the illustrious Anoa’i wrestling clan. Joshua On August 22, 1985, Samuel Fatu was born in San Francisco, California. He is the younger of the identical twins, and in Samoan, their stage name, “Uso,” means “brother.” He is the son of Rikishi or Solofa Fatu, a former intercontinental and tag team champion and member of the WWE Hall of Fame, and Talisua Fuavai-Fatu. Jey is a member of the illustrious ‘Anoa’I’ family and is connected to several well-known wrestlers, including Yokozuna, Umaga, The Rock, Roman Reign, and The Tonga Kid.
Jey played competitive football while attending the “Escambia High School” in Pensacola, Florida. Later, from 2003 to 2005, he played linebacker for the “University of West Alabama.”

The career of Jey Uso
In 2009, at the “Florida Championship Wrestling,” Jey made his WWE debut. The Rotundo Brothers were defeated by “The Usos” in January 2010, however, they lost in the generational wrestlers’ match in February 2010. The Fortunate Sons were defeated by them on March 13 to claim the “FCW Florida Tag Team Championship,” and Sarona Snuka joined them as their manager in March. They successfully defended their championship and kept it, but on June 3, 2010, “Los Aviadores” won it back.
Along with his brother, Jey made his WWE TV debut on the episode of “RAW” on May 24, 2010. ‘The Usos’ competed against ‘The Hart Dynasty,’ the Unified WWE Tag Team Champions, alongside Tamina (Sarona Snuka). On June 7, the Harts won a different game. On the “RAW” broadcast from July 12, the Usos defeated the Harts for the first time. But in the show on July 26, he suffered his first singles defeat.
On June 20, ‘The Usos’ and Tamina made their pay-per-view (PPV) debut against the ‘Hart Dynasty’ in a ‘Fatal 4-Way’ match. They were defeated. That year, they fell short of winning the “Tag Team Championship.”
The ‘SmackDown’ brand selected Jey and his twin on April 26, 2011, as part of the 2011 Supplement draft. To demonstrate their strength, the brothers began to dance the “Siva Tau,” a traditional Samoan battle dance, as soon as they entered. They competed for the ‘WWE Tag Team Titles’ in July 2011 but lost; they also had appearances on NXT in 2011 and 2012. They also competed for the “WWE Tag Team Championship” at “WrestleMania XXVIII,” but were unable to attend.
Jey and Jimmy started wearing face paint (on RAW shows) in June 2013 to honor their Samoan culture. The Usos continued to triumph in games, but they were unable to capture the title of “Championship.” Jey Uso defeated ‘Roman Reigns’ in the WWE for the first time in an 11-on-3 Elimination Gauntlet.
They won a series of bouts in 2014 before defeating “The Outlaws” on “RAW” on March 3 to claim the belts for the first time in WWE. For the following few matches, they successfully defended their titles, keeping them for 202 days. At the “Night of Champions,” Goldust and Stardust ultimately defeated them for the crowns.
The 2014 Tag Team of the Year Slammy Award was to “The Usos.” They defeated “The Miz” and Damien Sandow on December 29 to win their second “Tag Team Championship,” which they held onto until February 2015, when they lost it to Tyson Kidd and Cesaro.
Jey Uso sustained a shoulder injury on March 9’s SmackDown tapings, then in April he experienced an anterior shoulder dislocation in his left arm, rendering him unable to compete for nearly six months. His brother Jimmy proceeded in the interim by working with others. In November 2015, Jey made a comeback in the ring. The duo didn’t win at the “TLC,” but they did take home another “Slammy Award for the Tag Team of the Year” in December.
They lost the majority of their games in the first half of 2016. They were selected for “SmackDown” at the “2016 WWE Draft” in July 2016. During this scene, the couple adopted a malevolent or “heel” persona. They advanced to the semifinals and were the top contenders for the “WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship,” but they were unsuccessful in capturing it.
In December, the Uso brothers adopted a new strategy and became hoodlums. They persisted in their rivalry with “American Alpha” for the tag titles, and on March 21, 2017, they finally triumphed over “American Alpha” to win the “SmackDown Tag Team Championship.” The Usos made history by being the first team to win both the RAW and SmackDown Tag Team Championships. They held onto their titles successfully for 124 days before falling to “The New Day” at “Battleground.”
On August 20, they reclaimed their championships by defeating “The New Day” at the “SummerSlam pre-show.” With their triumph, they became a four-time tag team champion and the first team to twice win the “SmackDown Tag Team Championship.”
On September 12, they lost the championships against “The New Day” in a “Sin City Street-Fight” of “SmackDown Live.” In a contest held inside “Hell in a Cell” on September 26, “The Usos” successfully defended their tag team belts. They declared a truce with “The New Day” following their third victory.
They defended their championships against the “Raw Tag Team Champions,” Cesaro and Sheamus, at “Survivor Series” in a cross-brand “Champion vs Champion” battle. In a “2-out-of-3 falls” match at “Royal Rumble,” the twins successfully defended their championship by defeating Gable and Shelton Benjamin. They defeated “The New Day” and “The Bludgeon Brothers” at “WrestleMania 34” to retain their titles, although they eventually lost them.
