She had an appearance in the 2009 Nickelback music video for the song “Never Gonna Be Alone.” In 2012, she made an appearance in the short film “Bacon and Eggs,” and later that year, she played “Mary Malone” in the direct-to-video movie “Flicka: Country Pride.” She shared the screen with Laura Bertram, Amanda Tapping, and Robert Moloney in the short film “Random Acts of Romance.”

She was also cast in 2012 in the American superhero television series “Arrow” as “Felicity Smoak / Overwatch.” She played a computer nerd who battles alongside the show’s main character to defend Star City.
