Tatum Dahl began her professional career in June 2014 as an intern in marketing sales for Colliers International in the Greater Seattle Area. Two years later, in June 2016, she began an internship in sales and marketing at Jetstream Freight Forwarding, Inc. From June to November 2017, she worked as an assistant manager at Brandy Melville for six months. In October 2017, she joined the Associated Students of the University of Washington (ASUW) as a Programming Intern.

Since June 2017, she has been a volunteer for the Washington Environmental Council, and she is presently a caretaker for animals at the Friends of the Animals Foundation in Seattle.
