Solomia Lukyanets is an opera vocalist from Ukraine who rose to prominence after appearing on “The Voice Kids Ukraine” and “The Voice Kids Germany.” Solomia, a native of Kyiv, began singing at the age of three. She won her first international competition in 2004. She successfully auditioned for the first season of “The Voice Kids Ukraine” in 2012. She convinced all three evaluators, Tina Karol, Oleg Skrypka, and Svitlana Loboda, to turn their chairs for her performance of ‘Gopher Mambo’ by Yma Sumac. The competition program premiered on November 4, 2012, to positive reviews.
