Young Adulthood & Childhood

On March 9, 1983, Maite Perroni Beorlegui was born in Mexico City. At the time of her birth, her father, Javier Perroni, was working under a temporary assignment in Mexico City. Maite Beorlegui was the name of her mother.
Maite, who has two younger brothers named Adolfo and Francisco, was born the oldest of her parents’ three children. Adolfo is three years her junior and Francisco is nine years his junior.

At eleven months old, Maite, affectionately known as Mai, had her father relocated to Guadalajara, the state capital of Jalisco in Mexico. They stayed there for twelve years before moving back to Mexico City.
Maite’s upbringing was typical, and she spent it with her brothers. She was a highly obedient, responsible, and courteous girl, but she also had a rebellious edge. She once took her father’s automobile without his consent when she was eleven years old and went for a drive with her brother.

She loved history and was romantic, but she disliked physics. She demonstrated talent for acting, dancing, and music even at a young age and frequently participated in school productions.

She made several TV ads and a few music videos when she was younger. She also took part in a Disney Channel program as a dancer. She had already decided to become an actor by the time she graduated from high school.
Immediately following her high school graduation in 2000, Maite enrolled in a three-year acting program at Centro de Educación Artistic, a school for the performing arts in Mexico City. It is operated by Televisa, the largest media corporation in the nation, and was created to fill the firm’s need for performers.
Maite must have excelled in school. Despite enrolling for a three-year study, she finished it in just two years and received her diploma from Centro de Educación Artstic in 2003.

Career of Maite Perroni

With the Mexican telenovela “Rebelde,” created by Televisa, Maite Perroni made her acting debut. She played one of the six protagonists, Guadalupe “Lupita” Fernández, a teen from a working-class family attending the fictional Elite Way School.

‘Rebelde,’ which ran for three seasons and featured 440 episodes, was based on the well-known Argentine novel ‘Rebelde Way’ and was a great hit. The first episode debuted in 2004, and the last was televised in June 2006.
Perroni and a select group of the cast members published the CD “Rebelde” on November 30, 2004, just before the film’s premiere. Due to its popularity, the musical ensemble RBD (short for “ReBelDe”) was created.

RBD became a legal entity on October 30, 2004. They eventually rose to prominence as one of the most popular Latin pop acts, selling millions of records worldwide. They also completed several international tours.
Her next project, “RBD: La familia,” in which she played May, was made possible by RBD’s success. The first episode debuted on March 14, 2007, and the production was finished by the first quarter of 2007. Only thirteen episodes totaled its run, which ended on June 13th, 2007.
