Victoria Song was born in the Chinese city of Qingdao on February 2, 1987. She came to the country’s capital at the age of eleven and was accepted to the elite Beijing Dance Academy, which specialized in traditional and ethnic Chinese dance. She joined the cast of the reality TV show ‘Invincible Youth’ in June 2010, when she was cast alongside seven other female stars from diverse groups. She appeared on the reality TV show ‘We Got Married’ with Nichkhun, the lead singer of the group ‘2PM,’ later that year. In the variety show, the two were known as Khuntoria. The show immediately attracted a big following, and the two actors became well-known. During the first half of 2016, the series achieved a record-high average viewership rating in China. In the same year, she starred in a remake of the Hollywood film ‘My Sassy Girl,’ dubbed ‘My New Sassy Girl.’ On the same day, this film was released in South Korea and China. The film, however, garnered mixed reviews and did not fare well at the box office. She went on to play the lead in a Chinese adaptation of the Hollywood film “My Best Friend’s Wedding,” in which she also starred.

In January 2017, she and co-host Shen Tao began hosting the variety show ‘Ace vs. Ace.’ She also acted in the comedy film ‘Wished,’ directed by Dayyan Eng, in the same year. She announced her plans to release her first solo album in the second half of 2017 via an online announcement on Weibo on May 21, 2017.
