Rich Homie Quan has been involved in a number of squabbles. He was sentenced to 15 months in prison for burglary between 2009 and 2011.

After he shared a video of his young son resting on his lap while he was allegedly smoking pot, Child Protective Services apparently investigated him.

Another incident arose as a result of the leak of a song in which he rapped about rapping. Quan later issued a statement apologizing for the song, stating it was “not intended to be released.”

Quan and five others were arrested in Middle Georgia on marijuana possession charges on May 28, 2017. They allegedly planned to hand it out at a police roadblock outside of town.
