Ron Perlman began his career as a stage actor, performing at the Knickerbocker Theatre, the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, Lincoln Center, and the Circle in the Square Theatre, among others. He began his film career in 1981 with the critically acclaimed role of ‘Amoukar’ in ‘Quest for Fire’ by Jean-Jacques Annaud.
